Parking
An abundance of accessible free parking is available including undercover, parents with prams and disabled spots. Entry to the car park is via Springfield Road or Williams Road.
Accessible Restrooms
Modern restrooms can be found in two locations within the centre. The first are opposite Australia Post and the second opposite the ALDI entrance – all facilities are wheelchair accessible.
Parents Room
Offering a private retreat for all parents and carers, our Parents Room includes a private feeding room, change tables and more. Located opposite Australia Post.
Lost & Found
For all lost property enquiries, please call our customer service team on (03) 9878 4233 or visit the Centre Management Office located on Level 1.
Security
To keep our community safe, we have security officers on-site and camera surveillance. For any security matters or concerns please call them on 0499 338 600.
Community Noticeboard
A community noticeboard is located in the hallway opposite Moon & Spoon Cafe. This is for free events, call Centre Management on (03) 9878 4233 if you would like to place a notice.
